You have questions, we have the answers! Here’s the lowdown on the how, what, when and where of Fusion + Pilates
You can book classes through our app up to 30 days in advance. Drop-ins are subject to availability, so we strongly recommend booking in advance so you don’t miss out. Payments can be made either through the app, website or in studio (the app is the easiest option).
Wear comfortable, breathable fabrics that allow your body to move freely, because you will spend some time lying on your back, kneeling, standing and sitting. Pilates is performed in grip socks, to prevent slipping and aid stability – so please either bring your own, or purchase a pair at the studio.
Please bring a towel to class, as you may get a little sweaty. Bring your own water bottle and we’ll provide cold filtered water to fill it up with.
Please arrive at your class at least 10-15 minutes before it is scheduled to start. This allows time to notify your instructor of any physical conditions, and thereby facilitate a smooth and timely setup and start.
Depending on their nature and severity, pain and injury don’t necessarily preclude you from exercising – and, in fact, Pilates will strengthen and stretch the body to create balance. Each person’s circumstances are unique, so your Fusion + teacher will be able to help ascertain if you are able to participate. Don’t hesitate to call us to discuss any concerns prior to class.
